Counselling is a talking therapy which allows people to discuss any problems or difficult feelings they may be experiencing in a safe and confidential space. People usually seek to access therapy when they want to change something or explore their thoughts and feelings in more depth.

I am not here to tell you what to do, but instead am here to listen and facilitate self growth by exploring any root causes of problems you may be encountering or identify any specific ways of thinking that could be unhelpful to you.

Counselling is a very personal journey and I am here to make it as safe and comfortable for you as possible. Talking can help bring clarity to your situation, change prospective and change feelings about yourself and your life to help you  make positive changes. I have many years experience of working in different organisations including schools and charities and am now offering private session in a home from home environment, where you can explore your issues in confidence.
